Tammy Glover joined the organization in 2012 as a Controller for Harman Realty, Inc. and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2015. In her role, she is responsible for the accounting, strategic planning and financial reporting for the entire portfolio of projects in development and all affiliated entities as well as managing the company’s accounting, human resources and IT departments. She provides her financial and technical expertise to the diversified portfolio of Harman Realty owned properties and also oversees and manages outside auditors, accountants, and financial consultants. Tammy has a true enthusiasm and passion for the business and its mission to succeed and excels when tasked with numerous concurrent deadline-driven challenges and their success.

Before joining Harman Realty, Inc., Tammy was a Special Project Coordinator for Neurological Associates, Inc.in Charleston, WV, a Practice Manager for TMF Neurosurgery Group in Tyler, TX and Administrative Assistant to VP/Virginia of CenturyLink in Charlottesville, VA.

Being a native of Franklin, WV, she attended Fairmont State University where is studied Computer Science/Graphic Communications.  She enjoys playing golf, relaxing at the beach, reading and playing with her three Shih Tzus.
